SPEECH OF NA DEPUTY VAHE ENFIAJYAN IN THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

10/26/2010

Dear Chairman of the National Assembly,
Dear Colleagues,

Recently I spent a little research on the situation which is now in the world.

And I was able to figure out for myself that there are serious problems in the world today associated with the global crisis. For example as the results of 2009 in Japan registered a record for the country's GDP drop of 5% and amounted to 5.1 trillion dollars. On the one hand it seems that we have seen that not only we have problems, but the other point about 5.1 trillion dollars gives food for thought. We are talking about Japan, a nation that is not rich in natural resources, a nation that has become known as his tragedy in August 1945 and its devastating earthquakes.

Despite all that it holds the status of second after the U.S. economy in the world. All that Japan has achieved through its scientific potential. It won its position in the world not by quantity but the quality. Today we are all familiar with Japanese brands unique position and role on the world market. We should pay more attention to our scientists.

Armenia has been known worldwide for its architecture for centuries, but today it is no longer so today here are the indisputable leaders in this Japan and the Netherlands. They are using the latest advances in science, making the adverse natural conditions favorable to themselves. Examining the U.S. economy, we see that in this state less space occupied by agriculture and industry, this is not the industrial and postindustrial society. And today we're still trying to become an industrial country.

Today is technically weak state of our universities, lack of corresponding laboratories or their wretched Soviet technical equipment does not allow us to prepare the relevant requirements of today's life training. The prepared human resources are our only salvation for us today. In addition to weak logistics capabilities, we have problems in change of generations.

We all know that the policy of the PAP has always been directed at strengthening and increasing the role of youth in the country. Guarantee of the progress of our country is in our regular personnel policy, in the proper organization of work and optimizing scientific management. We need staff, which does not leave our problems for tomorrow, that will have a high sense of responsibility towards work and the country.
