From the first days of the new year, work will begin on developing and publishing new proposals. Gagik Tsarukyan

With a deep sense of responsibility, I note that this year the project “Proposal for Armenia” began its inspiring journey across the cities and villages of our country, as well as within Diaspora communities.
People have recognized that this project is for them and about them, and that its greatest value lies precisely in their direct participation. Thousands of meaningful proposals were submitted from every city and village of Armenia, representing all sectors and social groups.
The core themes of these proposals are:
1. Internal solidarity
2. Genuine peace
3. Rejection of helplessness
4. New people, new ideas, new energy
5. A supra-party team — the power of capable individuals
6. Strong moral values and a just state
7. Large-scale, efficient, and reliable projects
8. A secure business environment
9. Sustainable rural development
10. A healthy generation
11. A united and uncompromising fight against drug addiction
From the first days of the new year, work will begin on developing and publishing new proposals — proposals whose implementation can significantly transform our country and improve the quality of life of our citizens.
Dear compatriots, this has been a difficult year. Throughout the year, our thoughts have been with our worthy compatriots who remain in captivity and, regrettably, have not yet returned home. We must remember them every moment so that their freedom becomes a reality.
This year has also been challenging for our compatriots from Artsakh, and we have done our best to help address their difficulties. Our support will undoubtedly continue in the coming year.
I am confident that, drawing on the strength of its traditions and its historic mission, our Church will overcome this difficult period and continue to serve as the most important institution uniting Armenians around the world.
My greatest wish for the coming year is for inner peace and social solidarity in our country. Our homeland has endured many hardships, and it is vital that we unite all our physical and spiritual strength to begin the revival and reconstruction of our nation in the new year.
With faith in our future, confidence in the security of our country, hope in our unity and solidarity, and the dream of a strong and prosperous state,
Happy Year of Hope — 2026
