"PROPOSAL FOR ARMENIA" PROGRAM
  YOUTH
A new generation is entering Armenia's public and political life—with its own values, its new perspectives, its rightful demands, its right to a voice, and its own proposals. We are obligated to listen, understand, and implement them.
Proposals derived from winning projects of the "Youth Propose the Best Solutions" competition:
1. Youth as a Status: A comprehensive social guarantee package encompassing education, healthcare, sports, culture, transportation, and more.
2. "Youth's First Workplace" Program: A state-private sector collaboration designed to address the pervasive "required work experience" dilemma.
3. Inclusion of Rural and Border Community Youth: Providing access to mobile training centers and hands-on skills acquisition hubs.
4. Interdisciplinary Educational Programs: Streamlining the transition from education to employment.
5. Expansion of Educational Exchange Programs.
6. Overcoming the Barrier of Social Injustice: No young person should be excluded from the education system due to socioeconomic circumstances.
7. "Accelerated Skills Academies": Offering hybrid online and in-person training options for students residing in the regions.
8. Annual Voucher Program: Covering a portion of tuition, transportation, and housing costs for students in need.
9. Work-for-Housing: Providing free or subsidized housing for students in exchange for public-benefit community service.
10. State-Private Partnership Job Placements: Targeted opportunities for graduates with honors diplomas and high academic achievement.
11. Support for Families with Two or More Students.
12. Comfortable and Affordable Student Dormitories for those relocating from the regions.
13. State Incentive Program for Recent Graduates: Encouraging employment in remote and border regions.
14. "Borderless at the Border" Educational Program: A comprehensive development platform for 10–17-year-olds in border settlements.
15. "Diaspora Talent and Knowledge Transfer Network": An international platform connecting young Armenian professionals from the Diaspora with educational, technological, cultural, and social projects in Armenia.
16. "Comprehensive Repatriation Support Package": A personalized support program for repatriating youth.
17. Housing Provision & Co-Financing Program: Supporting repatriated youth through housing solutions and construction initiatives with their participation.
18. Digital Repatriation & Remote Work: Facilitating living in Armenia while working for foreign companies.
19. Creation and Enhancement of Accessible Sports Opportunities for students.
20. "Healthy Lifestyle Ambassadors" Youth Movement: Operating within the framework of anti-drug initiatives.
21. Modernization of University and College Curricula: Aligning educational programs with current labor market demands.
22. Development of Volunteer and Social Projects in the rural and small-town communities that are the hometowns of young people.
23. "Young Mothers" Program: Special scholarships for women who, for various reasons, were unable to complete their education before starting a family.
24. Youth Involvement: Ensuring youth participation in state decision-making processes concerning youth issues.
