I am ready to hear hard truths and heartfelt suggestions about the real struggles of daily life, so that together we can find solutions. Gagik Tsarukyan

With a deep sense of responsibility, I acknowledge that the "Proposal for Armenia" initiative has struck a powerful chord both in Armenia and the Diaspora. We are receiving thousands of proposals—from every social class, from every corner of Armenia, and from Armenian communities across the globe: Europe, the United States, Russia, Iran, and beyond.
The "Proposal for Armenia" initiative is becoming a truly pan-Armenian undertaking. It encompasses both local and national issues, evolving into a programmatic axis capable of uniting the Armenian world around Armenia. This is not a one-day campaign nor a project tied to a single election. This is a path forward—a path on which we can stand tall, reclaim our dignity, expand opportunities for everyone, and together overcome our current state of despondency.
Let me be clear: the coordinating council of this initiative will not overlook a single proposal. Every meaningful idea will be given its due consideration and follow-through, contributing in its own way to the renewal of Armenia and the broader Armenian world.
For my part, I intend to travel through our villages and towns. I will go to any community where people wish to meet—to look one another in the eye and speak openly, plainly, about the difficult questions we face.
I require neither lavish receptions, nor halls, nor eloquent words. I will come alone or with my team—it makes no difference. I am ready to meet in the village square, in the fields, in a courtyard, in the home of an ordinary, honest Armenian—or in a hall, if that is what you prefer. I am ready to hear hard truths and heartfelt suggestions about the real struggles of daily life, so that together we can find solutions. And I assure you: solutions exist for every problem. That is precisely what the "Proposal for Armenia" initiative is for—to find those solutions, together.
